There’s a lot of construction nearby, which is no fault of the hotel, but does make it awkward to get around or get a coffee in the morning. Other than that, I had a great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable.

I want to share my experience staying at Sandman. The location is excellent, very close to the highway.
Originally, we had booked for the following night, but Tamila was very helpful in assisting us to find an alternative for our stay that night. The room was very clean and spacious, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. We also received a $20 voucher for breakfast, which was originally priced at $13-14 per person. For that price, we hoped for a higher quality selection of food; however, the options were limited, and the coffee was not great.
The biggest downside was the elevator. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the elevators each time, and it was frustrating, especially with heavy luggage. While waiting, we noticed many people opting to take the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator to stop at our floor. I hope this situation can be improved. Other than this, I would return when I come back to Montreal.

The rooms were incredibly dirty. We checked in and went to our room, only to find hair in the bathtub and stained sheets. Went to the reception and switched rooms. Second room had hair on the pillows and looked like the sheets or the towels hadn’t been washed. Third room also was very dirty but since it was late we used our own sheets and didn’t bother switching agains. To top it all off someone decided to come into our room in the morning without any warning. So needless to say, we won’t come back

Not a good im from toronto and travelling six hours by car and i thought the check in is 4:00 oclock. Im asking a big favour to the front desk girls to give me room even 3:00 oclock because we have wedding at 4:00 to attend. Very disappointed and im so stressed to stay in that hotel.
