The overall experience is quite nice and visually pleasing, and the staff are friendly. However, I didn't like that you have to pay for parking, and the parking spaces are very tight. It doesn't make much sense for a luxury hotel to have such inadequate parking facilities.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in downtown Montreal! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean – it felt like a home away from home. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with smiles and quick to assist with any requests. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal and can’t wait to return!

Service was not great
Booked for NYE hoping to have a drink at the bar but instead they never told us that we wouldn’t be allowed to be at the bar. They said that it was prebooked out even though we were paying to stay there and hoping to celebrate NYE at the bar. That morning we also went to restaurant within the hotel and the waitress had forgotten our orders and we had to put in our orders again forty minutes later.

We were stopping in Montreal on our way further up to Canada to ski. We had a tall car with a tuhle that wouldn't fit in the garage. The front desk staff and supervisor were so accommodating and helpful to make sure we got it sorted. It was not easy because there are not a lot of large lots around there so I would not recommend bringing a car that exceeds the height limit of the garages, but they were awesome and got it sorted. Very beautiful hotel and right in the heart of the action.
