Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe townhouse is perfect and relaxing. Very comfortable bedroom. Outdoor spaces are a pleasant bonus. The best part is the quiet street a block and 1/2 from Royal where everything is at your convenience. Mont Royal is an easy walk and the gravel trail is a perfect running surface. No reservation recommending this

Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAccomodations were terrific. Everything was state of the art and very comfortable. Owner was always available to answer questions.
The only negative was lack of adequate number of wash clothes and some of those towels had not been washed showing visible dirt clearly an oversight by cleaning service which has since been replace due to this oversight.
This is a terrific rental and would book again in a nano second.

Thanks for letting us know for the hand towels and again, sorry for the inconvenience. We took your comment very seriously and we shared it with the cleaning company. They came back with a corrective plan (new team onboard) and with a reinforced cleaning procedure to prevent that kind of issue to reoccur in the future.

Great New Years weekend!

Great location!

The primary bedroom’s toilet was broken which was a bit of a pain, the owner let us know in advance. We had to use the downstairs toilet, not a big deal but 2 would have been better for the family. Comfy beds and the rooftop is pretty cool - my 15 yr old loved it! The neighborhood is great, so close to everything, 4 minute walk to metro and shopping.

His restaurant recommendations were wonderful. (Agree Tri Sushi is wonderful) Walking, metro and Uber ride quickly to anything you would want to see. Heated bathroom floors…really!! Top deck, back yard - great even with rain on and off. Very well equipped kitchen, guessing he can cook crazy amazing food! Would stay again for sure!

Living in a work of art!

The location can’t be beat! On a quiet side street less than 2 blocks to the heart of the plateau and Mont Royal. Bars, restaurants, shopping and dog parks all outside you door. Treat yourself to this luxury home!

The house was restored for the owner to live in so everything was done right. The city garden and the rooftop deck were also exceptional. Thank you, Nicolas.
