For one or says on the website service animals for free so i couldn't check in until i paid a pet deposit two the lady was just plain out rude and three the room was dirty and bed sheets were filthy

Attendant never at the front desk. I always have to call to get them down from their residence to chech in. They advertise breakfast but do not have it. I only stay here for convenience for my work, otherwise i would not stay here at all.

It was advertised with a kitchen that was broken down, no lighting, and appliances not in good repair, and there were no dishes or cooking utinsels. I had enough with me to prepare meals but it was difficult. The room was so crowded we could hardly move. Carpet needs to be replaced.

The wash cloths were very stained and the rest weren't much better. The front desk staff was unwelcoming when we checked in and none existent until we checked out. The breakfast was so so. On the plus side, the bed and shower were quite good.

It met the basic requirements- a place to lay your head for the night and sleep. For that, it was fine. The A/C worked, water pressure was good for a shower, and the bed had enough pillows and blankets. Other than that, it was older and a bit run down. The lobby had a kind of “stale” smell like it has been closed up too long.
