Peaceful Getaway
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing location I highly recommend you consider this property. Everything about our stay was perfect. What I liked the best about our stay was the way our host made us feel welcome, along with the little things such as; treats for our dog, coffee, shampoo, body wash, just small things like that. The hosts thought of everything right down to the smallest of details. It was greatly appreciated by all of us. The weather was perfect and the waterfowl was beautiful and enjoyable to watch. The bonus for us was meeting the neighbor Craig!

Neighbor Craig is a bonus! He is our local waterman that will deliver the fresh crabs during your stay and give you some historical insight of the area. Northern Neck is so rich in history!

Relaxing Stay!
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed having evening cocktails by the fire pit overlooking the water as boats went by. My father also enjoyed kayaking across the water to explore. Definitely wish to come back next summer! :)

Wonderful Water Front Cottage
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cute cottage is exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully and located right on the water. The views from the house and back yard were so pretty. The fire pit is set up so you can enjoy the best views. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful weekend away from the hustle and bustle of Northern VA.

Beautiful little getaway

Short Stay to Attend an Event
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice property! Nicely renovated! Nice flat screens, fully loaded kitchen, deck, grill, smoker, and more. We spent more time at the camping event than at the cottage. The cottage took our glamping experience to another level!

House was clean and owners were very easy to chat with. They gave great advice on where to eat and what to do

Wonderful place
Publié le 11 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayHad a great time! Everything was beyond expectation. The host was extremely responsive. The property was perfect for 4 adults en to young kids. Loved the kayaks, great fire pit, hammock. Fishing was fun and the view of the milky way fantastic. Inside very well kept and stocked. They even provided coffee! We ll hopefully be back next year.
