Mediocre at best

First we ended up having to stay at a partner property called Cozy Inn. We were not informed by the property or by Hotels.com about this change. We got to the motel late while traveling. The beds were small. I killed a bug on the floor as soon as I walked in. And it was an expensive property in a very small town for no good reason. Wish we drove a little further down the road but we were tired.

All the information IS provided and explained before you book the room, it is NOT our fault that you did not read the page. That was evident when you were in the office with me. Our prices are the cheapest in the area. Motels vary in price depending where you are at and put prices are normal here.

This motel cancelled our reservation - that I made several months ago- with less than 24 hours warning. They said the reason was ongoing renovations, but I find it hard to believe they didn't know they were renovating until the morning of our reservation! I heard speculation that they had a larger party interested in booking and that's why our one-night stay was cancelled. I certainly would not recommend this motel

Actually, what I said was that we had unexpected repairs needed to a room and it left us with less available rooms than normal, and I notified you that I couldn't accommodate you more than just one day in advance, however due to the websites own mechanics, I wasn't able to cancel it the same day I sent you the message. These things happen, I can't predict or prevent damages done to a room by someone and when it happens shortly before a full night, this is the result.

Oldie not exactly Goldie but ok

This is a very old motel.. the inside of the rooms are much better than the outside appearance. WIFI was fine, place was passable.. I stayed here as it was the cheapest option in the area during Sturgis festival. The West Texas Trail Museum was interesting, free and the management friendly.
