Pro mais un peu plus de souplesse serait bienvenue

There is a steep hill up to the property and once your @ the parking spot, you must hike a bit more to get to the rental. Nice pool, very clean property! Owners reprimanded teenagers for playing ball in the pool, so I would have to assume that this property prefers adults over kids. Entrance to property is not well marked (but neither is any other property on Moorea!).

Thank you for your comment. Concerning our swimming pool, these young boys did not respect the rules (playing with a ball in the swimming pool is prohibited in our regulations). It's the same thing in all private swimming pools. It's just a question of safety and respect for other residents. They occupied all the space without worrying about others. I reassure everyone, we accept children in our home without problem as long as they respect the premises and the rules. have a good hollidays erick

This property is currently listed as a three-star hotel, when it is actually a hostel. Additionally, the claimed amenities are misrepresented.
- Rooms contain a bed, two nightstands, and a place to hang clothes. That's it. No TV, no fridge, not even a table and chair.
- Bathrooms are outside along an unlit path. I had to use a flashlight at night.
- Wifi is only available at a communal dining area with half a dozen chairs.
- "Laundry facilities" is asking the owners to do it for $15/kg.
- The "restaurant" is pre-arranging breakfast or dinner with the owners. You can't just show up and order something. There is no bar, that's just a lie.
On the bright side, the pool does exist, and the rooms are air conditioned. (But the air conditioner turns off when you leave, so it will be good and hot when you get back. This is a good time to take a shower while it cools off.)
Finally, I'll add that this property is on the opposite side of the island from any activity you will want to do or restaurant you will want to eat at. It's only close in the sense that Moorea is not large (60 minutes to drive around it), but Fare Arana is still 20-30 minutes from anything.

And to answer you as it should, your desriptif is very good !!! this is exactly what is in our rooms and this is the description that is indicated on the booking sites, the 3-star classification directory of the booking site is not our responsibility, you have to blame yourself to Expedia not to us!!! but as you say we are not a hotel!!!! Regarding the laundry, it's 1,500 F for 5 kg, but you only give us 1 kg, the machine runs the same way for 1 or 5 kg you had to give us 5 kg!!! We are a guest house, not a hotel, and if you wanted to have a drink at the bar you had to ask us, but you didn't and I don't even think you even went to the swimming pool , you weren't even with us during the day but with your sister who lives on the island!!! You have to be reasonable and understand that when you're not in your room the air conditioning stops, it's rather ecological I think!!! you a priori you do not have it!!!! when you choose a place to stay in the whole world, the least you can do is to read where this place is and not to criticize afterwards because you were wrong!!! a good day !!!
