It is a little run down. There was a small black bug in the bed.

Hotel is nice and updated lobby and eating area are very nice. The elevator is kinda sketchy and the rooms could be updated. Bed was not great but I have a terrible back so for others it might be fine.Pool is great with a large kiddy pool and slides. Deeper pool was just the right temperature but I miss having a hot tub.

The bathtub was extremely slippery when showering and needed a more grippy tub bottom. There was no microwave in the room which was very inconvenient because we had leftovers from a local restaurant that we wanted to heat up as a late night snack. My wife and I both were disappointed at room cost…way over-priced in our opinion.

Hello Brian,I am sorry to hear about your issues with our bathtub, but I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I will let our lead maintenance technician know about this issue so we can resolve it for another guest. I am also sorry that you were not happy with the amenities we offer in the guest rooms, but we do have a guest microwave available at the front desk as the Courtyard Hotel brand does not include in-room microwaves. Thank you for taking the time to write the review, but I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. We hope that you choose to stay with us again so we can create a better stay experience for you.

We were there for a family funeral. The staff, the bistro host, housekeeper… all were awesome!
