We didn’t care for the pillows folded in half. We didn’t figure that out until morning.
The refrigerator had a half empty bottle of soda in it and the microwave still had food crumbs baked on the tray.
Very friendly staff.

When we stay in a hotel and there’s a Microtel in the vicinity, we choose Microtel.
Hotels.com makes it convenient for us.
And…Hotels.com always save us money.

Took over 30 minutes to check in. Had a double queen room but only 1 chair

We truly apologize for the wait. When you had requested to change the room types and room numbers from what you had booked on Expedia and we had already set up, it can sometimes take a little extra time. And when there were other guests that had come in before you to be taken care of. We wanted to be sure you would be happy with your stay and accommodate your new requests for both rooms.
