There were 4 adults, staying in a 2-bedroom kitchenette suite (no utensils/plates/cups, etc) for one week - from the first we entered the room, there was never any sets of towels (just random sizes), the tissues ran out on our 2nd day and wasn't refilled until day 4, the bathroom amenities were hit-and-miss (hence why we didn't leave a tip for housekeeping), and the fridge placement opened into the room door so look out if someone enters the suite - you'll get hit!! The breakfast was underwhelming - never any muffins or pastries available (a plate for them was out, but always empty); sausage was not pleasant tasting. The sauna never got hot, the hot tub area was not well-maintained (there was a dirty diaper on the side of the tub and numerous toys left lying around and even in the tub, which I told the front desk about and nothing was done).
