Mucho ruido en habitaciones a la calle
Publié le 25 sept. 2018 sur HotelsEl hotel es bueno y cómodo, sin embargo el personal es poco amable y la zona está llena de discotecas y locales nocturnos que hacen que los fines de semana haya mucho ruido y no permitió que descansaramos bien.

Publié le 12 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaMe dieron una habitación que daba frente a una discoteca con la música a todo volumen. La solución que me dieron fue una habitación más pequeña en donde no funcionaba el agua caliente. La piscina del hotel nunca estuvo preparada para utilizarla.

Nice Hotel Outside of Town
Publié le 28 sept. 2017 sur HotelsHotel was pretty nice and a good value for the money. Free Airport Shuttle was on-time and very well run.
Breakfast was cooked to order most days (though had a buffet the first day there with nice fresh fruit) and pretty tasty. AC worked well in the room. Service was good and mostly responsive to requests, but sometimes a little delayed.
Location outside of town was not that bad. 10-minute moto-taxi ride to Tarapoto Main Square (no car taxis usually available, so may be issue if rain or cooler nighttime). A 2-minute walk across bridge provides a new Nightclub, several restaurants, and a movie theater with an adjoining food court and Villa "brasa" chicken restaurant. Also a cool Soldier Monument memorializing hundreds of Lives lost in the fight against Nacro-Terrorism in the 1980s/1990s (now region has been weened off the cocoa plant & associated products with government assistance) was just across from hotel .
Negative points were that you had to ask for extra towels (two provided with the room) and the shampoo and conditioner.....but these were provided when asked for. Jacuzzi was broken and not working the entire 4-day stay. Advertised "laptop compatible" room safes, delivered normal-sized room safe as found in most hotels but staff looked at me weird when I brought it up and was a hassle setting combo (ended up giving me override key for safe, saying that safes were just replaced and kinks not worked out yet).
Overall very happy with our stay.

Pour : Was very noise very loud music from the night club at too 4 am ,,, was wasted money ,,,no sleep
Contre : Need big improvement special the loud music ,

Don't complain my reservation,,, I reserve double room I have one ,,, was no hot water no soap no shampoo only 2 towels,was really bad ,,,

Contre : Get the pool cleared up!
Hotel in very good condition, except for the pool which was unusable. AC is good. Service is pretty slow except for main desk which is helpful. Location is in a noisy intersection at the very edge of town. Motorized taxis are easy to get in front of the hotel and this largely compensates for the location.Good pickup and dropoff service to the hotel. They charge 1/2 day rate for a 4:30p checkout.
