The was clean could use some upgrading. For the price it was really good. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning was good. There’s no coffee pot in our room, but the Coop gas bar across the street had great coffee. The food at the restaurant served great meals.

This place is in dire need of some TLC. It’s very run down and lacks many amenities that should be available even for a lower budget room. Also the outside lights are on all night and the thin curtains do nothing to keep the room from being brightly lit all night. Very hard to sleep. Everything was so run down and broken. There were two double beds and 4 pillows in total that were as flat as paper. It was like sleeping on a flat mattress all night. We paid about $100 dollars but it was too much for what was provided. I feel bad saying this because it’s a family business but with some upgrades and details it could be better.

The owner was very helpful by giving me a extra night was conveniently located right beside a restaurant with great burgers and across the street from a gas station with all the amenities

I love that it’s right across the road from a gas station, a restaurant pretty much on your doorstep. The owner is a very sweet, understanding and lovely woman. 10/10 will be returning

But pet fee does not match the web site.
Website states $5 per stay. But place said $10 per pet/ stay.
Owner accommodating and just charged us $10 per stay.

Not modern but clean, bed comfortable and quiet.served the purpose well. Only inconvenient thing was the check in time had to be between 3 - 4:30 PM
