Ok
Property was Ok, but things you need to be aware of that is not clear in the details:
Partial Sea views is a massive stretch and a misleading.
The sea is visible from literally one small spot on the deck, and even then it is extremely slight. People booking shouldn't book on the proviso the property has any significant views of the sea, or you will be very disappointed.
Yes, there is a pool, hot tub, evening entertainment, but the property booking does not come with entertainment passes, thus you will have to pay extra for these facilities. The passes last for the duration of your stay, as at 2023 priced at £15/Adult and £12/Child (Age 15 and under I think).
You will need to purchase a pass in order to swim.
There is a nice swimming facility 15 minutes drive away, called Salt Ayre Leisure Centre. This was very good, and a lot cheaper at £4 per person. There is also mini golf there.
As most holiday parks, WiFi is £17.99 for 4 days for 10 devices. The WiFi is good though, across the park and in the property. Allows streaming of videos etc. You will need to pay for WiFi in order to watch Netflix, DisneyPlus etc on the TV's in the holiday home
The property was clean upon arrival. Well stocked with cutlery etc. There are towel provided.
Overall, the partial Sea view was an attractive point, which transpired to be a disappointment. Communication wasn't great. Certainly won't be booking again, but it certainly was Not a bad stay.
