Great hot artesian pool, but tired and run down
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hot artesian pool is the reason to stay here. We had 2 rooms, one was good average, the other one was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. A new room was offered, which was good. It wasn't what you would call beautiful and inspiring though. We had returned to this motel for the hot pool. The place has only recently been taken over by new management. It is tired and in need of a remake. The restaurant that used to be part of the resort was also closed. Friendly and helpful new staff.

Great little place to stop overnight. Carpark is locked at night. Nice artisan spa. Friendly staff

The rooms are so old and very rundown condition and not worth how much.. hopefully the new owner does some renovations as the rest of the place is great and safe and amazing pool but it will be nice when the proper inside hot pools and sauna open and the nicer rooms

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were generally dirty with some needed maintenance eg leaking taps.

Old and the curtains don’t block out the lights that are on all night.
The place wasn’t booked out and I paid for an upgrade, yet everyone seemed to be grouped together in a corner.
People smoking outside their rooms yelling at kids in the pool.

Received a very warm welcome from the manager. Had an amazing dinner at the Chinese restaurant that is on the premises and the waiter was very friendly and we got good prompt service. Then a swim in the artisan pool to relax and then a quiet nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.
