Only real issue is parking. The parking lot and spaces are on the natrow side, especially considering that some of the guests that were there at the time couldn't park between the lines.

Great stay

The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering how close the road is to the property. I have family in the area and will most likely stay again. The desk staff was fantastic and had a sense of humor...a plus !!

The staff was friendly, and everything was clean, but you can hear everyone above below and beside you. My kids were next to the elevator and were woken up all night. It was nice and the staff was doing the best they could, but they definitely needed more staff to support the needs. We were also unaware that each unit is privately owned so not every room is like the others and a lot of things that I thought would be hotel responsibility for passed off on the owners not doing what they were supposed to do. (TV not working correctly, no chairs on our balcony, not being able to fish off the dock, drains not draining)

Got 2 rooms, my son's had a bra and underwear on the floor so obviously room wasnt cleaned well. Rooms certainly arent suites, small fridge, microwave and sink. No utensils unless you ask and you get plastics. Place needs a serious facelift.

This property was probably built in the ‘50s. It is as clean as you can clean an old building. The bath was fine. The little kitchenette is pitiful. In the corner there’s a walker and cane. Old sofa and ottoman I would not sit on. There are two desks, one was filled with old office supplies. The mattress was good and the linens clean. However, there are two steps to navigate when going from the bedroom to the bathroom-no lighting for steps. That’s tough when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I definitely would not recommend Palm Springs. I can send you pictures.

The space in the rooms was nice. I had the benefit of a larger outdoor patio that fit my yoga mat in the early mornings. Not all units have this space. The downside of the room was being directly adjacent to the elevator and being able to hear the audible sounds to notify passengers it had arrived to the floor. The other unappealing situation was the adhacent neighbors who had a lively conversation at 130 am, or the others who used the hall intersection as a space to meet and chat. There was no way to ignore the noise and made it hard to sleep in the upper room section. The lower section was a futon mattress so bot as desirable for the choice of where to sleep. Wish the walls were thicker or the guests were more considerate. But the space, cleanloness, condition and location were perfect. Apprecieated the fridge, microwave and sink area.
