The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. It was quiet time when we checked in and the people across the hall were screaming like they were being murdered. The internet sucks. Overall a very poor experience. Thank goodness the power came back on at home and we could leave.

There were cockroaches and the pool was under construction breakfast was jus stale bread and packaged doughnuts. No atm the vending machines didnt take card.

I was saddened to read your stay fell short of expectations due to the insects you reported, the construction on the pool and the breakfast not being to your liking. Better than the last one in sumerset but the door was very hard to open , had to get help. Around tub area was gross and walls needed painting

Property is very poorly kept. The building is literally falling apart, and there does not appear to be any effort to properly fix the building. The entire building is very dirty, from the hallways to the room itself. The hallways have holes in the walls, filthy floors and missing molding. The bathtub was filthly and the room floors were terrible. The continental breakfast is non existing, and honestly I would not eat anything from here.

Everything was great except the loud screaming toddler at 2:00 AM and the constant door slamming of the parents. If it wasn’t for that the staff was nice and the place was clean
