Pour : Sa propreté ,le professionnalisme du personnel.
Contre : R A S
Emplacement : Le lac , le parc et la tour et les cloches , j'ai oublié le nom .
Très agréable ,le personnel était sympa et arrangeant. La chambre confortable ,spacieuse avec frigo . Grande SDB

Contre : Le bruit la nuit et le ménage pas fait le deuxième jour
Emplacement : Pas mal situé
Evitez les chambres de 101 à 107 ... Trop proches de la réception, donc bruyantes ... Notamment avec certaines arrivées tardives vers minuit, qui mettent 2 heures à s'installer en se croyant seules au monde ... Le deuxième jour nos poubelles n'ont pas été vidées, nos lits pas faits ... C'est la première fois qu'on nous négligeait de la sorte, d'habitude nos lits sont refaits , nos poubelles vidées, même si nous indiquons que nous ne voulons pas de changement de draps et de serviettes pour préserver la planète !

There are no phones in the rooms, so you must utilize your cellphone to call the front desk and hope someone answers. I asked for my linen to be changed for 2 days and it never was. Room was never cleaned.

Pool was unsafe, there was no pool furniture to even sit in, breakfast was the same and cold every morning. Tv service kept going in and out.

When we tried to check in 20 minutes early we were told they only had two cleaners and they were not finished with the room. The hallways were musty, the furniture in the room appeared to have been chewed by dogs and there was dog food on the carpet in our room (well, I’m praying it was dog food). To top it off, when I noticed there were two little bottles of conditioner and no shampoo, I went to the front desk where the young man at the desk proceeded to tell me that they were completely out of shampoo. He did offer to give me an address of the nearest place where I could go buy some. I couldn’t believe it. Oh, and the breakfast - geeze, there were no napkins, hardly any food and when I went to use the microwave to heat up the hockey puck biscuits, it was filthy! We left and ate elsewhere.
