They gave me a room assigned to someone upon arrival. Room had sheets tgrown on floor, toilet paper all over carpet and bath floor. Shower water never even got lukewarm. Cable on tv was horrible service. Carpet felt dirty and smelled. Toilet didnt flush had to retrieve a plunger.unprofessional and very rude staff.Will never come here again. Pics on site dont match hotel in reality. worst ever

Perfect for our soccer tournament

It is right across from Morgan hill sports complex. Perfect location if you are traveling to tournaments at sports complex. Make sure to take your own toiletries, beds were comfy and breakfast was filling. It could have been cleaner, some of the walls looked filthy and needed to be wiped down. They should tear out old carpet and put new flooring. Some cosmetic repairs are needed but overall it was not bad for a short notice stay.

Worse hotel staff rude, door knob broken can’t closed , hallway dirty like never vacuum the floor. Needs renovation

Horrendous place. The only thing decent were the beds. Dirty all over; ran down place. Should not be offered on hotels.com. The Quality Inn franchise should not accept its name under such condition.

This was the most unsanitary place that I’ve ever experienced there was feces smeared on the wall and curtain and the staff wasn’t concerned about it at all. They basically ignored our complaints and we were forced to leave and find another place to stay.

The property is not clean and not being maintained. Staff was not at the front desk when guests check out, there was a piece of paper saying leave the card. Staff does not have any customer services. WiFi was terrible.

This place is super run down, hall ways smell, the towel rack and blow dryer fell off the wall as we tried to use them. Hair dryer did not work, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Needs a lot of maintenance
