Hotel to avoid
Publié le 6 mai 2015 sur HotelsWe have been on the road for nearly a month and this was one of the most expensive hotel and by far the worst of them all. We were given a room on the second floor with a broken refrigerator (room 202). When we called at the front desk we were told that they would change it. After a while we phoned back and the only other refrigerator they had to replace it was also broken! We told them that we had perishable food and they offered us another room (We don't understand why they did not take the fridge from that room). We then changed and went to room 211. When we made our reservation we specified that a non-smoking room was mandatory. After a while a smell of cigarette became evident; they probably spayed the room with air refreshner before giving it to us. There were cigaret burns on the bedspread and the carpet. There were also many big stains on the carpet. The hotel in general was not clean. We definitely not recommend this hotel.

The room was not livable. Water from the sink poured directly onto the floor because the P-trap was missing. All the staff would say is “take it up with Travelocity”. The staff and management at this hotel cannot even spell customer service. If you plan on booking a room here, you have been warned.

This property fraudulently offers rooms for booking that are livable. Then offers no remedy except to take it up with the 3rd party booking agent. These people (staff and management) can’t even spell “customer service “.

Asked for a second set of towels and it took 2 days to receive. One towel each was not enough, we like to use two.
The best part was the free breakfast.
