I don’t know his name, but the man that was servicing the breakfast buffet was so nice and took pride in keeping the area clean! So nice to meet him!!

Upon checking in very late night the toilet in our room had not even been flushed. The AC was leaking and made the room smell musty. You can tell it was older and they are attempting to remodel but the cleanliness was lacking. If I had not been so exhausted from driving 900 miles and being after midnight I would have made an issue of it.
