The operations manager was the best. He was able to get me onemore night stay that I needed during the crazy football weekend so I didn't has to move hotel. All staff was amazing and had great customer service.

I’d give this a full 5-star review except for the construction noise directly above me from 3pm to 6pm on a Saturday after a long travel day when I needed a good nap. Otherwise, the place is great!! Their remodeling will end and the noise issue will be gone.

Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWhen we checked in, the person at the registration desk was nice but stand offish. I wasn't welcomed as a Hilton Honors member. I was handed my keys and sent on my way. Breakfast is a buffet that you pay for. But its not very good for the price. The people running the front desk don't answer your concerns. I was told I will receive my receipt after I checked out. But I never did. I got surprise changes on my credit card. So I called the hotel. They sent the receipt. But they wouldn't explain it. Now I have to call back to hopefully talk to intelligent lifeforms.

Thank you for sharing with us. Breakfast has 3 different options for purchase: a cold continental buffet for 7.95, a hot buffet for 10.95, and a full menu that individually priced. We hope to see you again soon when you are traveling through the mountains of WV!!
