Wishing for perfection

We were very happy with staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room overall. Refrigerator made a long groaning noise the entire time it was running. Rooms should be exclusive to pets and no pets. A person across the hall was in and out of their room at least 3 times during the night. At one point the dog must have been left alone and it barked the entire time. Thanks

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I totally hate the $25 charge for no good reason…. Additional needs or charges should be taken care of at check out. Not even sure what a guest would have an extra charge for. No room service, no video rentals, no laundry service. Also, the rooms have No black out curtains ( so I was up at daylight) and No charging outlets for phones.

Thank you very much for your feedback. All of our rooms are equipped with black out curtains, however they do occasionally get pushed back behind the shear ones and may be overlooked. Our staff would be happy to help with this on your next visit.Checking your reservation, I don't see any additional charges made from the hotel. Expedia may have fees associated with booking. Liked the cleanliness and the restaurant Smokin J's was good. Clara was very friendly at check in. Didn't have hot water for my shower though.

I have stayed here several times when my husband has been at Ruby. So convenient and a nice place to stay. However I don’t agree with the price increase when there are things going on at the college
