The staff were accommodating, but that's it. The Place was dirty, there were numerous "Stick Bugs" on thew walls in the entrance and hallway. When we got to our room, I had to eliminate several bugs that made their way into the room and were waiting for us. The comforter on the bed smelled. There was debris in the sick, like someone forgot to clean it. The rugs were severely worn and dirty. Even though it was a smoke free hotel, the place wreaked of Marijuana. The smell was awful. We checked out after the first night and requested a refund.

We arrived at 9 pm Fri for a 2 night stay. When we woke up Saturday to get ready to meet our kids at WVU for parent's weekend, we discovered there was no water. The hotel said it would be on in 15 minutes, then noon, then weren't sure when. Now, we still had to find a place to shower and get ready. The hotel management just kept telling us it wasn't their fault and were less than sympathetic. They even wanted to charge us for bottled water to brush our teeth. We did end up getting it for free. The water was on by the time we returned that evening. The hotel did not off an apology or even a discount for our trouble. Will not stay with this hotel again.

The hallway smelled bad it made me want throw up. Some women tried to follow me into my room. The was no crib for the baby as they said there would be

Bathroom floor was sticky, ran a wet towel on the bathroom floor to remove the stickiness towel was nasty after.
The operable window locks did not work, window would not lock. I notified the front desk the 1st night we were there and nothing was done when we left Sunday.
