We didn't even stay there, the place was awful and while we were there, the bug guy was spraying pesticide in the inside of the hotel and went into the room we just walked out of to spray. We did not stay, was there 10 minutes max and checked out. Will NOT recommend this place.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. First, we want to apologize for our exterminator. We have them come monthly to do precautionary sprays that include spiders, bees, etc. We find that bugs can be extremely hard to get rid of once inside and dangerous if allergic, so we keep them out before they can get in! We do hope you decide to give us another chance in the future, as we are getting ready to start our renovations! Have a good night!

Cons and pros

They had to switch rooms when we got there because the air conditioner wasn't working. It took forever for the air conditioner to work in the next room. The water pressure in the shower was barely above a trickle. The controller for the TV was impossible to use. Bed was comfortable and staff was super friendly. The complementary breakfast was delicious.

Everything was pretty good, however our AC unit looked to be covered in mold.

Lacked basic amenities

Needs major updates and upgrades! The basic amenities of this hotel were lacking. We had a group traveling for our church trip. Several of our rooms had no bar soap in the rooms. We also did not have enough towels in the rooms (only two provided per double queen room). When we asked at the front desk, the clerk said she had no soap at the front and had to go up to a housekeeping cart to find some. The elevator buttons were also broken so you could not call the ground floor. You either had to walk from the second floor, or call the front desk so that they could call the elevator. My understanding that the button had just broken, but it was a combination of several things gone wrong. I am not one that normally complains about hotels, But these were unfortunate discrepancies after a long day of travel.

We apologize that the elevator service tech took until the next morning to fix the button. As it was so late when it broke, they were not able to send anyone out. We are excited to say we are in the middle of scheduling our renovations and do hope you get to see them once finished!

There was feces in the toilet (I have pictures of everything). Light bulbs burned out. Sheets looked worn and thread bare in places.
