Bad owner

Owner is awful. Asked me to cancel my reservation and pay him cash. He said site wouldn't pay him. It was very unprofessional. The staff exceeded our expectations... The owner was a disappointment. Asked our safari driver several times about payment from us when I could prove I had prepaid for everything dinner too. Beautiful place.

I agree to have requested her booking details and this is because she booked from Hotel.com , the booking engine where I was not registered with and I had no idea that the work with expedia group. Because of late payment of expedia group invoice my account was suspended, therefore I didn't get information about their arrival. However I accepted them pending my claim. In fact the document helped to recover this fund as they asked the booking confirmation number which I could not get anywhere with the exception of document from them. I explained this and in the first instance she was cooperative but later on things changed as I was not there the time she promised to handle the documents to which I delegated my staff. Finally customer is always right. I am therefore taking this opportunity to apologize for this misunderstanding while I thanks at last to receive those document. Once again you are warmly welcome and I expect to see you in future. Regards Benard

Campsite to be suppressed from the hotels.database

this tented campsite is NOT a luxury campsite. It is even less than basic compared to other tented campsites in the area. Please remove it from hotels.com. the big tents are disgusting, no water available in bathrooms (finally they brought small tanks and actived a small generator for the pump), no electricity in the room to charge cameras and phones.

Madame Christine It is obviously that your concern started when you were asked to pay for your extra bill on the last day. On your arrival you were briefed about water and electricity and how the camp is taking care of them, this was clear to you and you agreed The normal tents are those tents with outdoor toilets and baths. Ours is self contained , that are self contained and thus luxury one. The problem of electricity was solved in your presence as we were connected for the first time on your second day. From that day , there is no problem with electricity and water pumping. We have hosted many guests whose review are very different from yours.. Regards Benard
