It's surrounded by nature and the grounds are vast. I felt very relaxed.

Just needs a little TLC!

I love this hotel and have stayed many times. However, something has happened in the past year. The facility looks like it has had water damage and smells of smoke throughout. My clothes and luggage all smelled like smoke upon departure. The bathroom cabinets stay wide open, and the room door drags on the floor and required a ton of force to open every time. However, service is AMAZING. The staff are so warm and welcoming and do their best to meet every need. The food service is slow (typical of the region), but they try very hard to make it a great experience. We hosted a large meal and were VERY pleased with the food and presentation. The rest of the property just looks like it is aging very quickly and needs to TLC!

Lovely facility, staff, and location. Too bad there ere very few local options on the restaurant menu.

One of my worst hotel

지역을 생각하면 그나마 머물수는 있는 정도의 호텔임. 눈에 보이는 버그 등 자연친화적 곤충은 없었으나 전체적으로 침대 시트 및 수건 등 상당히 눅눅하고 오랫동안 관리되지 않은 물품과 느낌이 들었음. 바퀴가 나온단 평도 보았지만 육안으로 보이지 않아 다행이라 생각했는데, 타 도시 이동 후 새로운 숙소에서 가방을 열어 물건을 꺼내는데.. 헉!! 어느샌가 들어와 있던 바퀴벌레가 가방 안에 움직이는 걸 발견함: 정말 소름돋고 별로였던 호텔. 직원들의 친절함은 정말 좋았으나… 전체적 시설/방 청결함은 정말 아님.

Beautiful garden and mountain view

I like Sashara hotel best among Morogoro state because of looking at a beautiful wide garden and mountain scenery from the room windows. Room is wider than normal hotel. You can choose garden a view room or a mountain view room.

The rooms are too expensive for the quality of the property and the services offered. The hotel is located in a nice and safe neighborhood - jogging and walking friendly. However, the staff need to be trained to serve customers better. We booked a twin room and were told the hotel was fully booked upon arrival. They suggested moving us to a different hotel that was a third of their room prices but they didn't want to give back the balance. It took 3 hours to come to the sensible solution - thanks to the property manager who walked in and found us going back and forth with the reception staff. Things just started off on a bad foot and we wished we canceled our stay and moved to another hotel. I left knowing that I would not be coming to this property again unless they change their prices to reflect the substandard quality and service that a customer should expect.

Nashera is a great place to stay!

This is not my first time to stay at Nashera, and in fact I came back because of my past experience. I was not disappointed. the staff are attentive, the food is good, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.
