Loin des standards best western

Petit déjeuner ok, du type microondable.
Rapport qualité prix décevant.

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient for our stay. Unfortunately there were a few downsides which I felt let down the experience. When we arrived, we were given a room which still had guests in. Although quickly rectified, we weren’t the only ones checking in with issues. We had big issues with the shower. It was either freezing cold or scalding hot, with no in between so unfortunately, it was a cold shower or nothing. Finally, the air conditioning unit was a constant noise all night which wasn’t the most pleasant noise to try and sleep too. When going to check out the following morning, there was nobody at the desk to express some of our issues too. After waiting a few minutes, we left our key and departed.
In summary, the hotel is nice enough, it’s just disappointing that we had the issues that we did as it spoilt our stay a little. Fortunately, we were just using it as a place to rest for the night rather than an extended period however I would have left for another hotel if we had booked more than one night.

This was a nice hotel to stay at. We didn’t have the view of the rock from our room but the other side of the hotel did. I liked the 2nd floor outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area had enough furniture to sit on during breakfast. They have a small parking area but I didn’t have trouble finding parking in the lot. The beds we’re also comfortable.

The staff was wonderful and helped with our booking. The rooms have been updated and felt very clean. The view a little piece of Morro Rock which was a bonus. There is a parking lot with a popular breakfast and lunch spot right behind the room. The location is perfect and very walkable. We’ve stayed before and will stay again. The breakfast option is great when traveling with kids.
