Superb renovated chalet in the heart of Morzine
Relax in this beautiful, typically mountain chalet, with its warm, contemporary decor. With a surface area of approximately 150 m2, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, you'll discover a spacious and welcoming entrance hall, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds and a shower room with WC.
On the first floor, the space opens onto a lovely living room with a very comfortable sitting area and a luxurious kitchen with granite worktop and all the necessary equipment: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and wine cabinet, Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The 12 guests will all gather around a beautiful wooden table for tasty meals. There's also a separate toilet.
The second floor features a bedroom with 1 double bed and its own shower room, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a shower room with toilet.
Outside, in summer, you'll enjoy the large, beautiful terrace equipped with a barbecue. The parking lot can easily accommodate 4 cars. Access to the slopes and center is easy thanks to the free shuttle buses that stop 30 meters from the chalet every 20 minutes or so.
Also on the first floor are the boiler room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and the ski room with boot dryer - perfect for returning from the slopes!
Of course, WIFI is at your disposal.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.
A deposit of €2,000 will be requested 15 days before the start of your stay via a secure link. This sum is neither debited nor blocked and is released automatically.

Séjour très agréable, très beau chalet, bien situé
Nous avons passé deux semaines à Morzine dans ce très beau chalet.
Il est parfaitement équipe, ce qui vous permets de faire tout type de cuisine.
Les chambres sont spacieuses.
Possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures dans la propriété.
Le jardin permet aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité.
Le chalet se situe à proximité d'une route assez passante.
Mais cela permet d'avoir toutes les balades à pied en moins d'une minute.
La ville est à 10-15 mn à pied grand maximum.
La bus est au pied du chalet et permet d'aller en ville en moins de 3 mn.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
Nous remercions l'accueil pour la qualité de son accueil et leur disponibilité durant le séjour.

Meets all the needs of a group ski-Ing Holiday
We were 9 adults with two small children. The agency handling the property was very efficient and also helpful when a flight was cancelled and we arrived later than expected. They sorted out any problems very promptly. The bedrooms are basic but reasonably comfortable. It is divided into a basement flat with external access only, one bedroom, bathroom and a spacious living area for a one-bedroom flat. Upstairs there are two floors with four bedrooms and an adequate living area and smallish, but well equipped kitchen. We wanted to all be together upstairs for meals and the evening so we were a bit short of comfy seating in the upstairs lounge area. There is a poky, attic ceiling bathroom on the top floor and a good bathroom on the first floor so it felt a bit short on the bathroom front. The Navette stops right outside and works well as long as you get a copy of the timetable - about every 10 mins at peak times. It does sleep 14 but really it is most suitable for a couple of families because 6 of the beds are bunks - I wouldn’t recommend for more than 8 adults. There is only one double bed. There is a boulangerie about 10 minutes walk away but you need to go into town - a brisk 15 mins walk or navette for food shopping. We had a good time and, as long as you are not looking for luxury, it fits the bill.

Great location great chalet
The chalet was great. We were 14 people (3 families ) one family had the flat down stairs. The location was perfect for the ski bus as it stopped right outside the chalet. The centre of Morzine was walkable. We got the bus into the centre in the eve and walked back. There was a small supermarket with in about a 10/15 minuets walk. The chalet kitchen was well equipped .The chalet had 4 good size bed rooms for a ski chalet. There was only one shower room, but that was fine for us, There was also another room that had a hand held shower over the bath. The only thing was if some one did have a bath there wasn’t much hot water left. Once about 7 o’clock had come the water didn’t seam to get hot again. The chalet was very warm. The WiFi seamed to be slow and on the last couple of days we lost the wifi completely.
I would definitely recommend this chalet, we all had a memorable holiday in it. If/when I return to Morzine I will see if the chalet is available. Thanks, Martin from Cardiff.

Very nice chalet
We were 7 persons from Sweden in this house of 2 apartments. Inside it was god living and nice livingroom to come together. Bathrooms and toilets very good. The house is in the end of the street into centrum and was quiet. The skibus stopp just outside the house. Can recomened this chalet.
