"The park was just down the road! The home is lovely & perfect for a family. It is well stocked & very peaceful! We didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the games there or the grill, and it was a little too cold/windy to sit outside at the fire pit, but we did gaze at stars from the deck & they were beautiful! Note: there are 2 sets of instructions, one for "check in" with the keypad number for the actual door, and another set for "driving & parking instructions". Since I had a physical map & my phone, I thought I was set on the driving instructions & did not check these instructions out. However, the keypad number & location for the HOA electric fence is in those directions, so make sure to take a screen shot before you get there. The cell service is limited (as expected). Hope you enjoy it as much as we did! "

"I loved being right outside Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. It was the most convenient place for my needs, the breakfast options are as terrific as the staff. Every staff member I came across was friendly and welcoming. It was important to me to have a dog friendly spot, and they are. There's even a lovely cat on the premises, his name is Peppermint, and if you're an animal person, I hope you get to meet him. "

"We enjoyed our time at this home. Every thing was cleaned. Kristen thinks of everything from lawn chairs to extra towels and bottle water. We enjoyed a wonderful stay."

"Gorgeous location with incredible views from every window. This home is well stocked and has excellent bedding, beds and pillows. Furniture is nice and comfortable. The hot tub, patio and patio furniture is great too. It is immaculately clean, which we appreciated with 2 -1year olds. We’ve never stayed in a cleaner VRBO, truly spotless!! The one and only thing I would change, adding window blinds. None of the windows have blinds, including the bathrooms. I understand the views shouldn’t be shrouded, however it was hard to have babies take naps with so much incredible light! We would love to stay here again in the future, if grand babies come we will bring a car windshield cover or something similar for baby naps. Cecelia and Seth were awesome and responded to evey request within minutes. Stay here!! You won’t regret it. "

"I absolutely love this property. Great Sans Dunes National Park is a quick 10 minute drive up the road, which was the reason for our visit. What an easy drive!It was wonderful communication with Gail, she was so helpful and kind. She also has FRESH flowers in the home which you don't see anymore. The home was decorated beautifully and it was perfect for us. Everything was comfortable. I'd absolutely stay here again on my next visit!"
