Weird smell throughout the building. Women were arguing in the hallway from 1am thru 4 am

This motel is not a destination point. It’s a place to stay when there’s no place else. Let me start on a positive note. The staff was fantastic. Checking in was easy. Everyone had great personalities and/or dispositions. They’ve done a great job there. When walking into the room, there was an overwhelming smell. I think it was the cleaner but not totally sure. I had to crack the window to get some fresh air. But each time I came into the room (2 night stay) it was not very pleasant. The bedroom was clean but the sheets are old. It was a stiff mattress. The sink barely had water coming out of it. To the point I couldn’t even wash the sink out. There’s no soundproofing so I could hear others all night long. This was not even close to being ok for the price I had to pay.

Overpriced and gross

Extremely upcharged due to parents weekend requiring prepayment and no option to cancel. The room was atrocious. There were only 3 pillows for double occupancy. There was a large clump of hair stuck to the shower wall, there was food on the microwave, and there was what looked like a dried blood stain on the blanket. Spoke to front desk, they told me they would take care of it. Only changed the blanket. Room wasnt serviced during my stay even though I put the please service sign on door. They make you prepay because they know you are stuck once you get there. We left a night early because it was so disgusting, we just took a loss due to no cancelation. If this is your last option in Moscow/Pullman area, do yourself a favor and make the drive and book in Lewiston.

A broken bed in my room and having someone fixing it there with a noise drill is not something I want to experience when I’m at the hotel..

Will not stay here again. At $400 a night on family weekend the door locks do not work well, took 5 min every time to try and get the keys to work. Rooms were meh. Breakfast was undesirable.

A very basic Inn. Staff is usually unsmiling, room had a stench, bath had stains, breakfast was very basic. Location is good with many shopping and eating options around. Served as overflow for Pullman bookings as a lot of parents were visiting for family weekend. We won’t be staying again.

I stayed four nights while visiting my daughter, a student at University of Idaho. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was always available, helpful and friendly whenever I needed them. Location very convenient, right across from campus entrance.
