Staying not so comfortable for a 3 star...🤔
Publié le 1 janv. 2020 sur HotelsWish u could have full length mirror in the family room we occupied, a small cabinet in the bathroom will also be ideal. A small dustin in the bathroom also neede. Inasmuch as its a family room, a little demarcation of the 'rooms' will do. 1 bathroom for 4 people isnt ayoba. There was no toilet paper the following cos were supplied with only 1 roll. The aircon is very weak. A few wine glasses will also assist.
Breakfast: ready made eggs turn green after a while, besides why prepare them before hand. 2nd day breakfast was better, but stillvwith ready made eggs which turned green already when we were dishing out. Lastly, not having card facility on site exposes both the guests and the workers.
The ladies were super friendly in the mist of it.

not recommendable so far

shower in the first room did not work, we had to change room
location is fine though

The noise is regretted. Some guests came back at about 22:00 hrs and were not sober. They made noise and the manager in charge stopped them. They would stop and then start again as they come back not sober. Such mistake will be avoided next time.
The shower has been fixed. Could not do it during the night and guest was taken to another room. It got fixed the following day. Thank you.
