Poor customer service and dirty.
Stay every year here. This will be the last. They charged an extra cleaning fee when I swept up personally daily as i was in and out a lot. Once I spilled water and used a towel and it came back filthy! Showed how dirty it was prior to my arrival! Customer service when I brought up the extra fee was unacceptable as well. I only had them come in 3x for a 9 day stay. We book multiple rooms here yearly and we will look for another place in the future.

I wish I could spell the gentleman's name at the front desk but it wasn't familiar to me so I cannot give him his due respect. That said he was welcoming, friendly and thorough. He's good people and treats his guests like they are too.
