Menteuse et non solidaire
Publié le 25 mars 2020 sur HotelsNotre réservation a été annulée à la dernière minute. La personne jointe au téléphone a menti en disant que nous n'avions pas de moyen de paiement.
Elle a refusé de venir nous ouvrir une chambre, multipliant les faux prétextes, alors que nous avions besoin d'un lit pour pouvoir prendre l'avion tôt le lendemain. C'est inadmissible de se faire traiter ainsi !

We contacted you via booking agent email advising that unless you gave information which was valid your booking would be cancelled, this was done 48 hours prior to your arrival date, unfortunately you failed to make contact with us therefore your reservation was cancelled. Sorry you feel you were treated unjustly, perhaps in future information you provide should be valid, then any misunderstanding and unnecessary distress can be avoided

I only stayed one night for a quick visit to Dunedin but would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed which I really appreciated as I have back problems. The well equipped kitchenette facilities were an added bonus as I was able to prepare a simple meal - the supermarket is just a very short drive away. A generous supply of tea and coffee were provided and I was given fresh milk on arrival, which was very welcome after a long drive.
Overall my stay was enjoyable and offered good value. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing! The staff were accomadating when we needed a place to stay last minute.
Let us stay past check out and looked after our luggage after checkout so we could explore on foot

Motel was clean warm and comfortable with great parking
Close to the motorway so easy access to Mosgiel and the road to Dunedin
