The garden setting is nice. One reception staff member could not smile or even greet us. 24 hour reception often not attended. Others staff members were good. . The breakfast is poor. Only one sandwich maker to make toast for several guests and very slowly, no toaster. The food selection is not good and the buffet food levels were often left unreplenished. I don’t often make reviews but felt I needed to make comments this time

This hotel has nice amenities and the cleaning staff was excellent. But do not use their airport taxi service.
I had prearranged for a taxi but it took longer than anticipated for me to get out of the airport because the flight was delayed and some of my luggage was missing. I messaged the contact from the airport WiFi but unfortunately the taxi left without me. I then had to hire a different taxi and when I arrived at the hotel I was accosted by the taxi from the hotel who angrily wanted to know why I wasn’t there at the designated time and said I had to pay him anyway. The hotel front desk staff also insisted I pay him. It was scary and frustrating considering I essentially had to pay twice, once to the hotel and once to the taxi who actually drove me. It put quite a damper on my experience even though the hotel overall was nice. I had planned to stay there again on my way back through Moshi but I will probably stay at a different hotel to avoid this type of unpleasant situation in the future.

Hello Alexandrine,We are happy you chose to stay with us during this visit but it is unfortunate that the airport transfer was that bad. The pickup vehicle was there on time before even the pickup time and the driver waited for more than two hours and left when he received no communication. The hotel also didn't receive the communication on time so we decided the driver should come back. the driver was surprised to reach the hotel and see you come into the hotel also right behind him. This was just a miscommunication because even the issue of the bags being delayed and missing the hotel didn't know. When approached on arrival you didn't mention the reason for the delay. Honestly, we wouldn't have charged you for the transfer with such a genuine reason. We are sorry and hope you consider us hosting you again next time. Thank you.
