Great summer getaway
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our time at Kenneth's place. It was spacious and clean, with a great couch for watching movies on the huge mounted tv. Kitchen supplies were sufficient, and we cooked two larger meals during our time. The yard was large, and although we didn't use the fire pit, we enjoyed the adirondack chairs for reading in the morning. We even saw some deer and a flock of wild turkeys. Pretty much equidistant from Wausau and Stevens Point if you're looking for a day trip. Communication was easy, and Kenneth was helpful in resolving an issue we had with the VRBO site during booking. We'd definitely consider staying here again during our next family road trip!

Jeff and his family were wonderful guests left our place immaculate great communicators would highly recommend them to any super host. We hope they come back and stay with us anytime.

Quiet, Peaceful Getaway

The Hosts were very accommodating and genuinely concerned that we had what we needed for an enjoyable stay.
This was a truly wonderful experience, and we all (6 adults, 2 children) want to book this again!!

Great property, location, and hosts
Publié le 4 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayJust a few minutes outside of Wausau, the house sits on a large, peaceful plot of land far enough away from everything, but not too far. The quiet spot was great for a fire outside at night and even had a strand of solar lights surrounding the fire pit which was a nice touch. The house had everything you could want and was in great condition. Again the s'mores package from the host was incredibly thoughtful, but they even had spices for cooking (which would be nice if others started doing as well)! It's a cozy place to stay and the hosts were excellent at communicating. Hopefully we'll be back again - thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Hidden gem!

Jacquelyn and her friends were amazing guests! Very respectful and left our place clean. Followed all house rules and were great communicators! I would highly recommend her to other hosts!

Peaceful & Relaxing

They made certain that we were settled in and that if we needed anything at all, to contact them. We did not require anything at all as everything we possibly would need was already taken care of by our great hosts!! Thank you again Ken & Sue and we hope to stay with you in the future.

Scenic home town stay
