la chambre est spacieuse et confortable.les lits sont fermes. le déjeuner très acceptable . la literie et les serviettes seraient à renouveler.

Bel hotel. Deux séjours en cinq jours

Pour : Personnel souriant, bonne présentation du personnel et des chambres.
Contre : Petit rafraîchissement : traces d'humidité au plafond de la salle de bains et taches blanchâtres suspectes dans le climatiseur.
Emplacement : Près de l'autoroute, aller jusqu'à la sortie 31 pour le carburant (FlyingJ)
Insonorisation excellente malgré la proximité d'un truck-stop, literie propre et confortable. Aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement dans la salle d'eau et d'un bon nettoyage du climatiseur (chambre 125). Adresse à retenir.

In a clutch. Evacuating Helene.

Shot in the dark…evacuating bc of Helene. Room not ready for check-in until 4:30 pm. Ironically, they were waiting for the floor to dry, which was filthy, so I’m not sure what they mopped with. They required a $100 deposit for “incidentals/damages”. This was strange. The window had a blind, no drapes, so the light from the parking lot lit up the room at night. Mold-mildew in several places on the ceiling and in the shower/tub. The room just felt dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own linen and pillows. The lobby also felt unclean. They were storing boxes of TP and other supplies in the lobby. I didn’t brave the “breakfast”. Water backed up in the tub during shower. The exterior of the hotel was a little rough. Checking in and checking out was painful; took way too much time. They literally called the housekeeper to check my room before returning my $100 cash deposit. Not sure what kind of activity they have had in the past to warrant this deposit process. all in all, super sketchy and dirty.

This place sucks filthy floor

The floor was black with filth. It was terrible. Then the clerk said she could not do anything for me because I used a third party. They still owe me 100 credit back on card. They accused me of stealing towels before I even checked out.
