La piscine est un plus pour ce petit hôtel de charme à proximité de la ville ; le seul hic est le bruit de la voie rapide à proximité

Sköna sängar och mycket trevlig personal
Publié le 30 sept. 2019 sur HotelsVi trivdes på Hotel Vila Nadin. Positivt var närheten till gamla stan, servicen, personal bemötande och hotellets trevliga utseende. Ljudet från trafiken från närliggande mycket trafikerad gata var påtagligt i början av vistelsen. Efter 2 nätter blev vi vana med det. Helheten: kan rekommendera vistelsen på Hotel Vila Nadin.

Good place for basic stay
Publié le 9 août 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel was fine and about 15 minute walk to the Old Town. The pool was beautiful, small and very fresh-cold water but clean and in good condition. We had a quad room and it was OK. 1 double + bunk and a tight space really just room for the beds and some storage shelves for our suitcases. The toilet was particularly smelly, unfortunately. It was cleaned but seemed to it might have been a drainage issue, we had to keep the door closed. We stayed for 3 nights and were out everyday so it was suitable as a place to just lay our heads. Wifi was fine, TV was fine too although remote didn't work so we had to go old school manually changing volume and channels. Cannot comment on breakfast or food as we did not take it there. Staff was helpful and polite at check in and check out.

the apartment you booked had technical problems as we informed you about it; in return you could choose either 2 rooms or transfer you to other hotels
you agreed to 2 rooms for breakfast, the hotel serves us every morning from 7/30 to 90/30, and costs 5 euros per person ...
all guests who make a reservation on any channel automatically know whether the reservation is paid or not, and so do you ...
and in the long run you were utterly rude because you did not obey the hotel rules regarding noise and entry into the hotel right after the pool

We paid for kitchen so we did not need to buy breakfast and so, we then tried to ask for this and the manager was not helpful at all. We needed to change room after one night. The beds are uncomfortable and black, so it is hard to look for bedbugs. The poolarea was poor. Sunbeds without matress and it was only 5 of them. The rooms was so small and did not have a fridge. Also, we were supposed to have the private bathtub as written in the add, but the hotel did not have this. Also, we were supposed to have duvets, we did not. The manager was not very helpful with our problem and was rude when I asked for the price I needed to pay when we checked out. He said: "you dont need to ask questions. Just pay". This was quite rude and I was not allowed to check my account if I already had paid. The hotel only takes cash!!! Be aware!
