Villa Lapidea (280 m2) is set independently within its own lawned garden (2.500 m2) and large swimming pool (11 x 5 m), just outside the small local village, amongst peaceful countryside, next to the vineyards and pine woods, only five minutes from the medieval town of Motovun (Montona). Nestled between a quiet forest and idyllic green hills, it offers a chance to relax and connect with nature. Rooms are characterised by high ceilings, highlighting the spacious and bright villa’s interior.

Facility is enclosed by a beautiful landscaped garden with ornamental trees, aromatic herbs and an all-season display of blooming flowers. Villa is maintained weekly by a house cleaner (surcharge), a gardener and a pool cleaner.
