Large Home on 2 Wooded Acres - Beach, Boat Ramp, Lots of Extras - Dogs Welcome

This large home is in the Balmoral community with a large community beach and boat ramp down the end of the street. The community center also has a playground and tennis/pickleball court. Boasting a screened-in porch, large fenced-in area, wrap around deck, gas grill, fire pit and both a family room (with 50-inch TV with surround sound) and a living room there is plenty of room for all to relax. The large open kitchen has hard-surface counters, a gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster oven w/air fryer and microwave and opens to a dining room that seats 8. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bring your boat, jetskis, camper, whatever - there is plenty of room to park including a covered concrete parting area in addition to the 2-car garage. There is a hiking trail starting at the back of the property and plenty of room to throw a football, frisbee, lacrosse ball or whatever in the yard. We just bought this house and this is the first rental season which is why there are no reviews yet.
