, beautifully decorated and felt like home. We would highly recommend staying at The Bungalow during your visit to Mount Airy!

Amazing on all levels
Publié le 24 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOn vacation, we don't like to have to drive. This house is within walking distance to everything. (But still offers the peace and quiet that we like) The property was clean, safe location, well maintained and the house has been given that personal touch to make sure the guests are comfortable. We've stayed in lots of "for rent by owner" and this is the top by far. Dedicated driveway, comfortable outdoor lounging area with grill and the inside offers so many comforts. We were confused at first with how to work the remote controls on the TV and the owner immediately responded and walked us thru it. (Impressive) - We will be back and will be recommending this to friends and family. We were so impressed at the "extras" that Elizabeth set up for us that we left her a card on the table. We were there celebrating a birthday with a friend. Thanks Elizabeth!!!!

The location of our house is great if you want to walk to see the sights.

Best weekend getaway

Bank Street Bungalow
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was charming, super clean and well stocked. It looked to be professionally decorated and was very comfy. The town and surrounding area was quaint (2 state parks within 30 minutes) and very friendly. Convenient to everything.

Comfy bungalow

2-day Getaway
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to Mt. Airy to visit Mayberry and experience new places. We enjoyed our stay in the sweet little bungalow! Liz, the owner, was awesome to work with and very quick to answer any questions! We enjoyed Mayberry and everything this little town had to offer!
