A grenat moment
Publié le 1 sept. 2017 sur ExpediaBien situé au pied des pistes. Le personnel est chaleureux et rend bien service. La vue du restaurant au petit-déjeuner est sublime. La chambre était immense avec un canapé, un grand lit bien confortable et vue sur la remontée mécanique. Un superbe moment.

Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile.

The only coffee machine in the place was switched off at happy hour forcing us to venture out in search of coffees,

The staff were amazing, letting us check super early and couldn't be more helpful when letting us use the storage area.
Room was what we expected.

We were given what I believe to be a disabled room with now shower screen just a curtain and water slashed all over the floor.
It did drain away but took a lo g time

Had a great stay at the Chalet. Hotel is conveniently located right on the main ski run, so it made it very easy to hit the slopes. Room was an older style, but very clean and had everything we needed. We tried the main restaurant, which was also really nice.

Great location - love ski in/out with kids in tow. Easy to walk everywhere. Spa and sauna a great addition.
