We wanted to take a moment to address your concerns.- Upon receiving your review, we thoroughly reviewed our records and discovered that we had received a call on March 22nd at 11:30 a.m. We promptly returned the call within minutes, and it was explained that one of the guests had an allergy to dogs and had not realized the home was pet-friendly when booking. We understand that this was an oversight on your part, and we appreciate your proactive efforts in purchasing cleaning products and candles.- We offered to arrange for a professional cleaning company to conduct a deep clean, but we understand that you politely declined, mentioning that allergy medication had been taken and was providing relief. We were assured that everything was under control and were told that you would reach out if the situation worsened. However, we did not receive any further communication and assumed that the issue had been resolved.- It's worth noting that our listings explicitly state that the home is pet-friendly, and many previous reviews highlight this aspect.
