This beautifully designed 1925 home offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. With its prime location, you'll be just steps away from all the attractions that Mount Dora has to offer. Relax and unwind on our outdoor patio where you can soak in the southern charm and savor the gentle breeze. Experience the best of Mount Dora living in this delightful home away from home.

Rich with charm and history, this pristine property is a one of a kind gem in the center of Downtown Mount Dora! The Nantucket is part of the well known Someplace Special in Mount Dora Vacation Rentals collection of luxury homes! Become charmed as you step in and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cool and neutral tones throughout will make for a cozy and peaceful stay. As you enter into the cottage, you will be greeted to a sitting area for your daily reading pleasure. Immediately notice the fine attention to detail in all the wood moldings and the high-end white oak European floors througout. A 4K television that features Netflix and YouTube Live programming is available for your viewing in both the living room and bedroom. If you enjoy being outdoors, this property has a beautifully appointed outdoor space that features comfortable patio furniture and market lights for a wonderful lighting ambiance. A kitcheneette that features a full sized microwave, mini fridge with freezer, 2 burner stove top with pots, pans and cooking utenicls as well as a Keurig coffee station for your daily dose of joe. A full-size washer/dryer combo is available for your use as well. As you enter the bedroom, you’ll notice a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress with cooling gel and high-end Egyptian cotton sheets along with premium pillows. Premium wallpaper adorns the room giving you a sense of luxury. The bath features a newly remodeled walk-in shower to round out this nicely appointed space. A drop-leaf dining table is carefully set for a wonderful meal to enjoy. Make sure you don't forget to pour yourself a glass of wine. Board games and puzzles can also be found at The Nantucket if you decide to stay in. Your host will make sure you are well taken care of throughout your entire stay. NEED MORE SPACE?
We currently have 9 total units. We have a duplex and triplex that are side-by-side. They all feature 1/bedroom 1 bathroom accomodations with sleeper sofas should you need more room. We also have a 2bedroom home right next door as well that can accomadate up to 6 guests. The properties are all located on the corner of 7th and Baker Street. Perfect Spot

The Nantucket is a beautifully appointed cottage right near town. The location could not be better. It was so quiet in terms of street noise but it was steps away from shops and restaurants. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A perfect romantic getaway

We stayed at the Nantucket for a weekend romantic getaway. It is such a perfect property: gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and all the amenities you need. Lots of little touches that made our stay even more special. Super close to downtown shops and restaurants. Loved, loved, loved the Nantucket and can't wait to stay there again!

Great feel

We had a great stay in Mount Dora at this snug cottage. The decor is charming and all that we needed was close at hand. Talia was great to work with and went out of her way when we ran into a couple of glitches. The location is close to the center of all that is happening. The neighborhood is a well kept historical Old Florida type style. We would stay here again and we would want to rent from Talia again.

Great getaway

We lived in Mt Dora as snowbirds for 22 years. We have gone back in the last few years to visit friends and enjoy the great town. This location was perfect to walk downtown to shops and restaurants and was a charming place to stay. It was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We enjoyed it very much.

Adorable and Cozy home in a fantastic location!

What a great stay!!! We LOVED our long weekend at the Nantucket cottage. It is a very charming little home. It’s perfect for a couple or 2 people that don’t not mind sharing a smaller space. The home was decorated so beautifully and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was fine for our short stay as we ate out to enjoy everything that downtown had to offer. Some great restaurants! We spent a lot of time walking to explore Mt. Dora so were very happy to be staying so close to town. It was in a quiet location and was very safe. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful property 2 blocks from downtown

This is a beatifully kept property, super clean, and very nicely equiped and decorated. The master is on the first floor with its master bath. The second floor has a kitchen, living room and balcony that is perfect to entertain. The host is superb and made our anniversary even more special. Thank you!
