A decent enough motel for our one night stay...we arrived after a long drive from Kangaroo Island and decided to dump our bags and have dinner. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly....the food was good as was the wine. Comfortable room, clean and tidy and a decent shower though rather noisy through the night with road noise. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but set us up for the day and both dinner and breakfast were good value for money.

Heating in room took time to work but once going, was fine.

There was poo in the toilet bowl. A small brown piece of poo was sitting at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were white stains all over the shower floor.

Very noisy, can hear neighbours as if they are in the same room.
Bed is extremely comfortable but the room lacks modern touches like a smart Tv.

Black mould in ensuite bathroom. Paint peeling from the walls. Dark, broken roller shutters. Dated decor. Dirty rug in living area.

The staff member Stephanie ,on duty when we arrived after a very long day of driving was exceptional in every way. We had several electrical problems in our room and she acted promptly to resolve and assist us . She was professional and empathetic and ultimately moved us , even helped us pack up and move to a different room. We highly recommend her can do service with a smile. The hotel was in a great location with great in room facilities.
