The Highlander is a very secured hotel we felt very safe. The food they offered was very tasty. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful in taking care of our needs whether it be towels or extra dishes. Overall would recommend to anyone traveling to the area for the first time. As we did.

The stay was ok. I requested the front desk to open the safe deposit in my room for my use but they never did. I was obliged to keep my bank cards, passport, etc. on me when going out☹

We stayed in recently refurbished room. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Water and electricity supply interruptions during our stay but we can’t blame the hotel for that. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Thank you for guest feed back it is greatly appreciated. The power issue is a hard one to fix however great news on the water we have commissioned a new Bore to be sunk in early February and a 3 phase filtration system so from than we will be able to supply continuous water supply without relying on Government infrastructure, again glad you enjoyed your stay i will ensure the staff hear of the good job they performed.
