This was my second stay at the GrandStay Hotel in Mt. Horeb, WI. It was just as clean and comfortable as my first stay several years ago. The staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Towels were bright white and plentiful. I liked having the Keurig machine in the room with a small selection on tea and coffee. Free breakfast is a nice bonus!

It was a great stay! Everything was very good! Clean rooms, clean lobby and a very nice breakfast in the morning.

The Grandstay was comfortable, clean, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained and quiet when we were there. The breakfast was surprisingly good the first day, but the Saturday morning when we left, the staff was overwhelmed and the little buffet was pretty sparse for quite some time, though it was partially replenished later on. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. Both my wife and I found the pillows to be pretty awful, being way too large to comfortably use. I used my folded up down jacket as a pillow for the last two nights there. Better pillows, and far fewer of them would be nice.
