No extra linens ,no staff available,No food or pop in vending machines

We are sorry for not having food and pop in the vending machines and what do you mean by not extra linens, you could of called if you wanted something, it's not like we don't give room services at night, that is why we always say dial 0 if needed any thing.Please respond back if you what use to fix any thing.

Owners had just bought the hotel. They were very friendly and welcoming. Updates are needed. My room was clean. Hallways needed vacuuming.

The building itself is incredibly outdated. The pictures shown online or on hotels.com are old and make it look cleaner than it currently is. My guess is that it has never been updated since it was first built. There were a lot of stains in the hallway and it smelled very old and wet. I would not stay here again.

Worn out property. Hallways smelled of dust and perhaps mold. Pool was out of service and the pool area was a mess. Room was adequately clean, bed and sheets were fine. Not horrible. Expedia reservation didn't go through (they claimed) and bumped the price. Watch out.
