Everything is great clean modern easy but secure parking would be better worried about my bike out front other than that very happy

Nice hotel, very comfortable, service was great. Unfortunately all rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. Not good for anyone with mobility issues.

Self check in, nach ein paar Versuchen hat es geklappt, Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bett super, Woolworth gleich ums Eck

I did not stay there. I booked the room, it advrrtised freeparking,but ghe free parking was street parking opposite the hotel. No recrption or motel staff with available. It was street level curbside electronic checkin. The total experience was devoid of any human/staff contact. I eventually found a phone number to ring and cancel as i had paid by credit card all in all a horrible experience, particularly having to leave my car with belongings parked out on the street not even reasonably close or monitorable from the rooms i would suggest. I bpoked into another place and it was exemplary

Our staff are available 24/7 By phone if any issues or problems arise with our automated check in system.

I would have liked the convenience of somewhere to safely store luggage while waiting for check-in and after checkout. In my case, because I arrived and departed by train I had to wait for at least 4 hours prior to check -in and a similar length of time after checkout. An outside storage facility for my luggage would have been very beneficial.

Hadn’t experienced anything like this. It was very easy to check in and the facility’s were immaculate
