Had a minor issue checking in and double payment for my room was put on hold which couldn't be released for 3-5 business days. Luckily I had other funds to use during my trip. The back door off the parking lot was broke and could be pulled to get in without a key card which was not safe. My room was very clean and the area was convenient.

Nice hotel but area not so nice

The hotel itself is very nice. Just a heads up tho, every uber driver we had was very clear to us that this is a very unsafe neighborhood and not to walk around at night. We did not feel unsafe but it was clear to us that this is not a safe neighborhood.
