We stay at this property when we come to visit my child who is at CMU. You cannot beat the price and the breakfast is pretty good. The only issue we have had there is that the sheets in the comforters don't really fit the beds. We had a king bed this past weekend and The sheets were definitely not King sheets and it was not a king comforter. The other issue we had was that a family came in at 10:30 at night on Saturday and their children proceeded to run amok all over the third floor and they were playing hide and go seek in the stairwell and it took forever for them to quiet down. I feel like the staff should have been a little more aggressive with explaining to them that they should be courteous.

Luke warm water in shower. Room was very dated. Towel was stained and gray. Pool was out of order. Pricing way too high for room and lack of amenities. Breakfast was barely average. Requested an upper room for peace and quiet, could hear people in hallway until after 3am.

worst hotel experince ever. I had a 7 hour drive yesterday to go down state for important event with family today. I arrived last night with plans to stay for just one night to get some sleep because i worked all day, my dog was with me, i booked a king room. Upon arrival i let them know i had my dog, she told me it would be $50 i filled out a piece of paper and ran my card, she said it didnt go through, we tried it again, and again, and again 3 times and it never went through. She asked me to return in the morning and pay with the day staff. My room was not a king room that i paid for. I let tho go and just dealt with it. I woke up in the morning went to the store to get something to drink and my card got declined, looked at my bank statement and notice 7 charges in total... $20,$20,$20,20,30,10,120. The amounts seemed strange being that all that should have been taking out was $20,50,120. my bank blocked my card because of 7 charges right in a row obvioulsy looked suspicious, tried to get my card unblocked online but apparently i have to speak to my bank in order to fix the issue, my bank doesnt reopen however until tuesday so im stuck hours away from my house with no means to get gas and i missed my family event and what could be the last time i get to see my grand mother. The only positive experience was the day staff they were very helpful and accommodating she said i can hangout here until 3 p.m. i still have no where to go this put me and my dog in a very tough spot!!!

Staff was friendly. My husband had to fix the toilet, it was running constantly annd didn’t flush right. The shower did not have hot water, was just Luke warm at max setting. Pool was down for service.

No frills property

Check in seamless & friendly. Property is clean (if showing some signs of aging), definitely no frills in a small town. I can’t imagine needing it for more than one night. For what we paid it wasn’t a good value. Water in shower was definitely not hot enough. Biggest drawback: the EV charger that we were counting on is not functional, going on two years. This is the property’s responsibility to get this fixed. We had to rearrange our morning around funeral plans to get a charge elsewhere that we were counting on at the hotel.

Disappoint family trip

We were upset to find that the pool was closed and has been closed for a while. On arrival they offered to call nearby hotels to see if we could use theirs but were too busy to call. So when we talked to the general manager the following day she was able to call but we could not use their pools. In addition to no pool, the shower was cold both mornings. The breakfast the first morning was disappointing because there was no coffee. You had to wait for them to brew the entire carafe prior to having coffee which took about 10 minutes. The side door into the hotel did not properly shut therefore posing a safety hazard. Also many parts of the hotel smelled like marijuana.
